WHO ARE WE?
V Learning Network
VLearning Network is a charitable company set up in 2001, as a consortium for partners within the Third Sector in Devon and Cornwall. We currently work with 7 charities and Community Interest Groups offering training and qualifications across Devon and Cornwall.
The main role of VLearning Network is to enable the Third Sector to deliver high quality training by providing sustainable funding. This funding enables our partners to provide a range of training opportunities and deliver quality programmes within the communities of Devon and Cornwall.
VLearning Network also delivers high quality in-house training and supports the development of trainers.
Funding for 16-18, adult skills and Advanced Learner Loans is provided through the Educational Skills Funding Agency.

Shekinah is a Devon & Cornwall based charity that provides opportunities for people in recovery or seeking recovery. This may include recovery from homelessness, drug and alcohol issues, offending behaviours or mental ill health.
Our mission is to provide a rural, horticultural setting for the support of young people and adults with learning and, or physical disabilities, developing personal and social skills, individual opportunities and active participation in the local community.
We provide adults & young people who are not currently in employment or are disengaged from mainstream education with high quality training and work-based learning. We deliver programmes to increase employability and provide the chance to re-engage with education and training. We ensure that our programs open clear routes of progression and offer a fully supportive environment and help in all aspects of personal and social development.
Questions & Answers is a Community Interest Company, which specialises in providing flexible adult training and apprenticeships across Cornwall and Devon. Whether you need help learning to use your computer, developing your business, furthering your career, learning a trade or would simply enjoy doing something new, we can both meet and exceed your expectations.
Open Doors specialises in The Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL/ EFL). We also understand the importance of employability skills to help you to find work and we offer these while you learn English. You can also attend our free job club for help with CV writing, job searches and one to one support to help you to find work. We also offer free, volunteer run IT and mathematics classes to help you to improve your skills in these areas.
Sunflower is a trauma-informed women’s health and wellbeing hub, providing opportunities for those in recovery or seeking recovery. This includes recovery in its broadest sense; recovery from childhood trauma, substance abuse, criminogenic behaviours, domestic violence or poor mental health.
